This is yet another minor update (hopefully the last for v0.0.4) that focuses on fixing a bug where the Idea starts with a Miner Gun. Other changes include:

•  The Idea now starts with the regular gun instead of the Miner Gun
• Ocillator now costs 325
•  Hexagon now costs 400
• Space Trucker now costs 900
• Jetson now costs 3000
• Lil' Bomber now costs 4250
• Added Neon Space Mobike
• Slightly decreased Shield up's duration
• Slightly increased Eve's movement speed
• Increased PopStar's Flash up to 2 seconds
• Power Ups just needs 12 defeated enemies instead of 1
